Alarm & physical keyboard issues

The alarm notification doesnt go away even after being dismissed

The alarm makes a notification sound before and after the alarm set time which is very annoying, i think that I'm getting a text message.

The hardware of the physical keyboard is not standing up to the test of time, it was working properly the first few weeks, now it either does nothing when I press a button or it inputs the letter/ number 2 to 3 times when i press the buttons which makes it very frustrating when you are trying to text.
