Buttons stopped working

Since the last time app updates were rolled out many of the buttons stopped working including some of the keyboard letters as well as the end key. (I can't hang up on a phone call!) Please try to fix this ASAP as the phone is pretty much dysfunctional now. (I'm submitting this issue through the website because I couldn't get the words typed out on my phone with half of the keys not working...)
