Can't press numbers after beep ends

When on a call that have to use numbers for example Kol Mevaser, and then I pick up a beep or add a call, when that beep ends and I come back to Kol Mevaser I can't press any numbers, I have to go out to main screen then come back to the call and then I can press numbers
