Gallery when scrolling shows wrong date

When scrolling using the scroll bar via Touch the Date thing shows the same date just the time moves a little (not sure if time is needed)
Would be nice to show this date thing also when scrolling via navigation key(phone)
BTW when scrolling with keys its very slow
