The hardware of the physical keyboard is not standing up to the test of time, it was working properly the first few weeks, now it either does nothing when I press a button or it inputs the letter/ number 2 to 3 times when i press the buttons which makes it very frustrating when you are trying to text.

Thanks for the feedback. Did you try to restart the phone?

The keyboard got an issue, we are fixing it, will be released live beginning of next week.
