Keyboard

The hardware of the physical keyboard is not standing up to the test of time, it was working properly the first few weeks, now it either does nothing when I press a button or it inputs the letter/ number 2 to 3 times when i press the buttons which makes it very frustrating when you are trying to text.

I’ve brought this up already several times I tried already to restart my device but still nothing I’m afraid that my keys are broken but if I’m replacing it I’m wondering if this would not happen again, as well new keys are harder to press then used ones.
