my keypad freezes sometimes meaning I can’t end a call/make one / or pick up… unless I restart the phone.

Also do I need data to get the updates?

    The keypad freezes issue should be fixed with the update we released this week.

    You need to have Data, or connect to WIFI in order t o get the updates.
