Opt and attach button in messages

The opt and attach button when in a message keeps stopping to work. I keep needing to restart the phone. Also the main screen when u get notification it pops up that there's a new mssg when u click it just goes away u cant go into mesage so if u get a lot of messages u have to keep clicking to get it away it doesn't go away if u go into the message and read it
