SMS ux issues

1. When clicking on pencil to create New Message, then press the bottom-right to choose a contact.
Results: it behaves like a back button, returning to the messages list.
Expected: it should open a contact search to choose from thecontact list.

2. Clicking on the attach file issue
Results: doesn't open any attachment options, but it does enable the SEND button.
Expected: it should open attachment options & it should not enable the SEND before any content ready to be sent.
