Support country code per SIM/eSIM

Currently when i have a local Israel eSIM i get and make calls without country code(972)ex: 05-456-4565 but in my contacts i have saved with the country code as +972-5-456-4565 so i can call from my main SIM in USA and therefore it does not match to my Contacts, Call History & Messaging

Suggestion: to have a setting per SIM of the country code and automatically match it
