System Update? Unable to transfer anything.

Under “System” in “Settings”, I only have “Battery”. Where is the button in this phone for system updates? I cannot move files to my phone in any capacity. Connecting to PC there are no file folders visible, and nothing can be drag and dropped to the phone.

    The button for system updates is found at the bottom right of the Keyboard, its a little bell icon.

    Regarding your question about transferring data to your phone, two things to make sure you are doing, 1: your wire must be a data transfer wire, and 2. Once you plug your phone into the computer, you should press the notification key and change the status from ‘charging’ to ‘data transfer’.
