System Update? Unable to transfer anything.

Under “System” in “Settings”, I only have “Battery”. Where is the button in this phone for system updates? I cannot move files to my phone in any capacity. Connecting to PC there are no file folders visible, and nothing can be drag and dropped to the phone.
