Unpredictable alarm

My alarm does not always wake up the screen. When it doesn't wake up the screen it doesn't ring either. Sometimes it will ring a minute late or it won't ring at all. I'll just get a notification about 3 minutes later that i missed an alarm. Also the dictionary thinks a word is misspelled every time you put punctuation after it.
