Wallpaper jumps

I added my custom wallpaper and it keeps on jumping
I saw it on scenarios where the phone is in action under following actions
= when selecting option on the floating ribbon on the wallpaper
= when returning to the home screen while on a phone call and the person on the other side of the phone call speaks

I showed the issue to shlomo feldman today
